Delivery terms

1. Seller

2. Prices and VAT

All prices include VAT. Products are generally sold with normal 25.5% VAT unless otherwise stated on the receipt or invoice.

3. Delivery methods and costs (Finland)

• Pickup from the store in Turku (Itäharjunkatu 44): free of charge.
• Delivery within Finland: €7.
• Delivery is free when the order total is at least €100.

4. International delivery

We also deliver abroad. The cost and time of international delivery are agreed case by case — please contact us before ordering and we will provide the shipping cost and estimated delivery time.

5. Delivery time

Products are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Items for pickup are ready at the agreed time.

6. Payment methods

Payment is made by bank transfer using the reference number on the invoice. Cash payment is also possible on pickup. Ownership of the product transfers to the buyer once the full purchase price has been paid.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

In distance selling, consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. In addition, Studio Auran Kuva voluntarily offers a 30-day right of return from the day the product is received. Read the full terms and return instructions on the right-of-withdrawal page.

8. Defect liability and warranty

The seller does not provide a separate warranty; statutory liability for defects under Finnish consumer law applies. Each product’s condition, age and any signs of use are described on its product page. If a product has a defect, please contact the seller.

9. Complaints and disputes

For anything concerning your order, delivery or the product, contact us by email, phone, or via the contact form. If a dispute cannot be resolved, a consumer may refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).
